For Beginners 

If you are new to the practice of yoga and want to learn the basics in a structured and comprehensive way, you can always join my group classes on Mondays in Berlin or book an individual class with me.

For Yoga Practitioners 

If the practice of yoga is already a part of your life, but you want to advance and deepen it, you can join my classes on Thursdays in Berlin or opt for individual advanced classes. 

Individual Yoga Sessions

Individual classes are held in the comfort of your home environment and aim to build a strong foundation and align your yoga practice to your needs and requirements. We will assess your Ayurvedic dosha and create a class structure aimed at establishing balance. 

About Me

“The beauty of balance”- has been my idea and belief for many years now.  How to live a healthy, mindful and harmless life while enjoying all the diverse choices of our modern world. 

 

As a practicing yogi for over 10 years, I help people incorporate this ancient tradition into their busy lifestyles to maintain a sense of harmony and balance between body and mind. 

 

A big part of my work is to motivate and inspire women, to give them the confidence and tools to live a healthy and fulfilling life, to find their voice and role in society through the hormonal practice of yoga.

 

With a 500+ hours advanced yoga certification in several styles such as vinyasa, ashtanga, hatha yoga, yin yoga and yoga nidra, I compose individual practices based on the ayurvedic doshas of the individual, working with emotional and physical blocks based on the biopsychology and psychosomatics of yoga. I am skilled in breathing techniques for the treatment of psychological trauma. 

 

I am a certified Pelvic Floor Health yoga teacher - trained in the unique Leslie Howard method from California. 

 

My classes focus on alignment and anatomy to create a unique therapeutic effect from the practice. By introducing contemporary 'movement culture' styles and approaches, I help people explore their movement styles and reconnect with their bodies at a higher level.
